BIOGRAPHY

Practice Areas

Catherine is an associate with Wolfe & Wyman’s Labor and Employment group in the Los Angeles office.  Catherine represents and counsels employers in a variety of employment-related matters, including class actions and individual actions in the areas of wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Prior to joining Wolfe & Wyman, Catherine worked for a number of well-respected law firms specializing in labor and employment matters. Catherine has extensive litigation experience in this area, including obtaining a jury verdict on behalf of an individual in a discrimination trial. She has also successfully mediated, arbitrated, and appeared in administrative hearings on behalf of her clients.

In addition to Catherine’s labor and employment experience, she has represented government entities and small businesses in various civil-litigation matters including contract, real estate, and personal injury matters. While in law school, Catherine served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court, Central District and Los Angeles Superior Court. She also interned with non-profit organizations.
